PalKeeper account deletion

NOTE: PalKeeper account deletion is a permanent action!

Your account activities will be suspended for 30-day following your account deletion submission to give you time in case you wish to change your mind before the permanent removal process will begin. It may take between 90 – 120 days to delete all your posted contents from our servers, though some data may remain in backup storage for legal reasons.

• Should you change your mind within 30 days of submitting your account deletion request, simply sign in to your account and the deletion process will be cancelled. Else, you shall permanently loss access to your account and related contents after 30 days.

• To delete your PalKeeper account, simply sign in to your PalKeeper account and click on your Profile Image > Accounts > Delete Account > Account Type > Continue.

PalKeeper account pause You may choose to pause your account activities daily, for 30 or 90 days, or for up to 6 months. When you pause your account, your profile will become hidden for the duration of the pause, but data is saved. You can restart your account activity anytime.

• To pause your PalKeeper account, simply sign in to your PalKeeper account and click on your Profile Image > Pause Account Activity > Pause Duration > Pause Now.
